EXPERIENCE
Paul Slater, our founder and Director, was a commissioned British Army officer with operational experience and has worked in corporate real estate for over 20 years. He personally leads each of our assignments.
He has managed relocations, lease negotiations and fit-outs for large international corporations worldwide.
APPROACH
Property transactions require expertise from many disciplines; legal, finance, technology, design and engineering. It also requires the engagement and management of property consultants, design and fit-out contractors, and government bodies. No one can do everything, but Paul is unique in the way he co-ordinate’s all their work to bring you a one-stop solution.
Paul has extensive experience in managing the whole process – from the time you identify you have a property need to moving your team in, he seamlessly brings together and remotely manages cross-functional teams, ensuring your projects are delivered on-time and on-budget.
